• Legion Gear warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the original retail purchase date.
• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
• A copy of the original purchase receipt is required for any warranty claim.
• We may ask you to provide images of the defects prior to actioning a warranty claim.
• This warranty does not cover damages resulting from alterations, misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, overloading or normal wear and tear.
• Any alterations to the product by the customer or a third party will void the warranty.
• Tool bags and accessories, including insulated bags, are not suitable for machine-washing. Attempting to do so will void the warranty.
• Legion Gear's obligations under this warranty is limited to replacing defective merchandise or refunding the original purchase amount, at its discretion.
• This warranty does not serve as an insurance policy against theft.
• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
