Order Processing

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24-72 hours.

  • During public holidays, major promotions, and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Order Modifications

Once tracking information has been generated and issued, we are unable to cancel, modify, or update your order, including changes to shipping address, products, or shipping method.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

  • Once your order is scanned by the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier, and any transit-related inquiries may need to be directed to them.

  • Legion Gear is not liable for delays caused by carriers, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather events, carrier disruptions).
