Legion Gear November BBQ Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
BSJ Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 66 653 259 851) trading as Legion Gear, Unit 3, 97 Kew Street, Welshpool WA 6106 (“Legion Gear”, “we”, “us”).

2. Who can enter
Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who make a qualifying purchase. Legion Gear staff and their immediate families can’t enter.

3. Promotion period
Starts at 12:00am AWST on 1 November 2026 and finishes at 11:59pm AWST on 30 November 2026. Only orders placed within this period count.

4. How to enter
Place an order at legiongear.com.au during the promotion period. You get 1 entry for every $100 you spend, rounded down to the nearest $100. Entries are based on the total amount you pay for your order, including shipping, and not on the RRP of the products. For example:

  • $100 to $199.99 = 1 entry
  • $200 to $299.99 = 2 entries
  • $300 to $399.99 = 3 entries, so a $350 order gets 3 entries

Entries are worked out on each order separately. There’s no limit on the number of entries you can earn, and you’re entered automatically when your order is placed. Cancelled, refunded or returned orders lose their entries.

5. Prizes
There are 3 prizes. Each prize is a BBQ pack (grill and accessories) valued at $999 AUD (RRP). The total prize pool is $2,997. Prizes can’t be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. One prize per person.

6. Drawing the winners
Three winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 5 December 2026 at Unit 3, 97 Kew Street, Welshpool WA 6106. We’ll contact each winner by phone or email using the details on their order.

7. Claiming the prize
Winners have 72 hours from when we first contact them to reply. If we don’t hear back in that time, the prize is forfeited and we’ll redraw. Legion Gear covers freight to the winner’s Australian address. We aren’t responsible for courier delays or loss once the prize has been handed to the carrier.

8. Winner announcement
Winners will be announced on Legion Gear’s social media pages and contacted by email and phone. We’ll use first name and state only.

9. Your details
We’ll use your order details only to run the giveaway, contact the winners and send the prizes. Our Privacy Policy applies.

10. General

  • Our decision is final and we won’t enter into correspondence about it.
  • We can change, suspend or cancel the promotion if something outside our control affects it, or if we suspect cheating or misuse.
  • To the extent the law allows, Legion Gear isn’t liable for any loss or damage connected to the promotion or the prizes.
  • This promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
